JOB VACANCY – WAREHOUSE MANAGER

A reputed organization is looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager to join its team.

Position: Warehouse Manager
Location: Khanikhola, Dhading
Department: Warehouse Management
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: NRs. 35,000 – 40,000 per month
Experience: 3–5 years

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including training and performance evaluation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Prepare and present warehouse performance reports to senior management.
• Handle escalations related to damaged, lost, or delayed shipments.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
