We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and results-driven HR Manager to lead and oversee the organization’s human resource functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing HR strategies, managing talent, strengthening employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee orientation.
• Manage employee performance appraisals and talent development programs.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with the Nepal Labor Act and other applicable employment laws.
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
• Develop employee engagement, retention, welfare, and workplace culture initiatives.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce plans, and organizational development strategies.
• Advise management on HR-related matters and support overall business objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Nepal Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS software is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work proactively and manage multiple HR functions effectively.
