Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with company quality standards and specifications.
• Identify quality issues, defects, and non-conformities and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Maintain quality control records, inspection reports, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve quality-related concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support internal and external quality audits as required.
• Monitor and report quality performance and recommend process improvements.
• Perform other quality-related duties as assigned by management.

Job Specification

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, manufacturing, or a related field.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection techniques.
• Understanding of quality documentation and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to identify quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions.
