A reputed organization is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Control Officer to join its team.

Position: Quality Control Officer
Department: Production / Maintenance / Quality
Location: Khanikhola
Level: Mid Level
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: NRs. 30,000 – 35,000 per month
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify defects, quality issues, and non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain quality control records, inspection reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve quality-related concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives and SOPs.
• Support internal and external quality audits.
• Report quality performance and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures, inspection techniques, and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and inspection/testing skills.
