Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and well-presented Hotel Reception Boy to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting guests, handling basic reception duties, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist hotel guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide necessary information.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Manage basic reception and front-desk activities.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest requests.
• Maintain proper records and assist with basic administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel staff when required.
• Ensure guests receive good customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and an organized reception area.
• Perform other duties assigned by hotel management.

Requirements

• Male candidate preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and professional attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage.
• Good customer service skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
• Willingness to work in a hotel environment.
• Previous hotel or reception experience will be an advantage.
