JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for two responsible, confident, and customer-focused female candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative (CSR). The selected candidates will be responsible for communicating with customers, handling inquiries, providing information, and maintaining good customer relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer calls, inquiries, and requests professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products or services.
• Maintain good communication and relationships with customers.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve basic issues.
• Follow up with customers when required.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and necessary information.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure quality customer service.
• Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Female candidates only.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and polite personality.
• Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers.
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
• Previous CSR, customer service, call center, or similar experience will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
