Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, handling inquiries, providing accurate information, and maintaining professional communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries and provide appropriate information.
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
• Maintain good relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with products and services.
• Communicate with customers through phone and other channels when required.
• Maintain basic records and perform computer-related tasks.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth customer service.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Male or Female candidates can apply.

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
• Ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
• Previous customer service experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
