Required Skills

Candidates should have basic to good knowledge of:

• MS Word

• MS Excel

• Tally

• Inventory Management

• Basic accounting and record keeping

• Maintaining sales and purchase records

• Data entry and documentation

• Stock and inventory records

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining daily accounting records, preparing and updating sales and purchase entries, managing inventory records, handling bills and invoices, maintaining financial documents, entering data into Tally and Excel, and assisting with other accounting and office-related tasks.

The candidate should maintain accuracy in financial and inventory records and coordinate properly with other staff members and management.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.

• Good working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.

• Familiarity with Tally and inventory management.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Honest, responsible, and punctual.

• Willing to learn and take responsibility.

• Freshers with the required skills are encouraged to apply.

• Previous accounting experience will be an advantage.
