A well-established restaurant located in Baluwatar, Kathmandu is looking for a qualified, experienced, and responsible Female Accountant to manage daily accounting and financial activities. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and at least 2–3 years of relevant experience.

👩 Gender: Female
💰 Salary: NPR 25,000 – 35,000 per month
⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
📍 Location: Baluwatar, Kathmandu

🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
💼 Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a similar field

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate daily accounting records and financial transactions
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents
• Handle daily sales and purchase records
• Maintain cash and bank transactions and perform regular reconciliations
• Record and monitor restaurant expenses and income
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
• Check bills, payments, and supporting documents for accuracy
• Assist with payroll and staff-related financial records
• Coordinate with management regarding financial and accounting matters
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information
• Ensure accounting records are updated and organized
• Support management with accurate financial information whenever required

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field
✔️ Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
✔️ Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or similar business will be an advantage
✔️ Good knowledge of accounting principles and daily bookkeeping
✔️ Strong numerical and analytical skills
✔️ Good command of MS Excel and accounting software
✔️ Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines
✔️ Honest, responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
✔️ Good communication and coordination skills
✔️ Able to work independently and manage accounting responsibilities efficiently
