A reputed Manufacturing Company located in Balaju, Kathmandu is looking for a qualified, experienced, and responsible Accountant to join its growing team.
💼 Position: Accountant
🏭 Company Type: Manufacturing Company
📍 Location: Balaju, Kathmandu
💰 Salary: NPR 20,000 – 30,000 per month
⏰ Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
🎓 Qualification: BBA / BBS Completed
💼 Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the accounting field
💻 Required Software Skills: Tally or Swastik Accounting Software
📋 Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions
• Prepare and maintain sales and purchase records
• Handle bills, invoices, vouchers, and payment records
• Record income and expenses accurately
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank-related records
• Handle accounts payable and receivable as required
• Maintain and update accounting data using Tally or Swastik software
• Assist senior management with accounting and financial information
• Ensure accounting records are accurate, organized, and up to date
• Coordinate with other departments regarding billing and financial documentation
👤 Candidate Requirements:
✅ BBA or BBS completed
✅ Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience
✅ Practical knowledge of Tally or Swastik Accounting Software
✅ Good understanding of basic accounting principles
✅ Good command of MS Office, especially Excel
✅ Strong numerical and analytical skills
✅ Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
✅ Good communication and coordination skills
✅ Able to manage work independently and meet deadlines
✅ Candidates with manufacturing company experience will be an advantage
