⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
💰 Salary: Negotiable

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
• Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Respond to general inquiries and provide necessary information.
• Manage the reception area and maintain a professional environment.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor schedules.
• Receive and manage documents, letters, and other correspondence.
• Maintain basic records and office documentation.
• Communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with staff members for smooth day-to-day office operations.
• Perform other administrative and reception-related duties as required.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant, confident, and professional personality.
• Polite and friendly behavior with clients and visitors.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
• Good command of Nepali and English communication.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Punctual, disciplined, honest, and hardworking.
• Previous reception or front-desk experience will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
