• Welcome and greet club members and visitors warmly
• Handle front-desk operations professionally
• Answer incoming calls and respond to basic inquiries
• Provide accurate information about club services and facilities
• Maintain visitor and member records when required
• Handle messages, appointments, and basic administrative tasks
• Coordinate with other staff members for smooth daily operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure members feel comfortable
👤 Ideal Candidate:
✔️ Friendly and pleasant personality
✔️ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Polite, confident, and well-mannered
✔️ Responsible, punctual, and hardworking
✔️ Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
✔️ Previous reception or customer-service experience will be preferred
