• Welcome and assist customers and visitors professionally
• Handle incoming calls and provide necessary information
• Manage reception and front-desk activities
• Maintain basic records and documents
• Coordinate with staff and customers when required
• Handle day-to-day office communication and support
• Maintain a polite, professional, and friendly environment at the reception
