Position: Project Manager

Job Location:
Hydro Project (Jurimba Khola 7.6 MW)
Site-Based – Sindhupalchowk, Nepal

Salary:: NPR 100,000+ per month (Negotiable for highly qualified and experienced candidates)

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (B.E.) in Civil Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction or hydropower projects.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project schedules and ensure timely implementation at the project site.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate engineers, supervisors, and site personnel.
• Monitor project progress and ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
• Prepare project bills, measurements, and related documentation.
• Communicate and negotiate effectively with clients while representing the employer’s interests.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare regular project progress reports and resolve site-related issues efficiently.
