A reputed restaurant is looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead its operations.
📍 Location: Putalisadak, Kathmandu, Nepal
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations efficiently.
- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Control inventory, stock, and operational costs.
- Prepare daily sales reports and help achieve business targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Hospitality/Management preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
