Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supermarket, mart, or retail supervisory role.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily mart operations and staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and product displays.
• Coordinate with suppliers and the store management team.
• Prepare staff duty schedules and oversee attendance.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and store standards.
• Achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
