💰 Salary: Rs. 20,000 – 25,000
👥 Gender: Male or Female

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily HR and administrative activities
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Support recruitment and interview coordination
• Handle employee communication and HR-related queries
• Assist in attendance and leave management
• Prepare HR reports and maintain files
• Support company policies and procedures
• Perform other HR duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, HR, or related field preferred
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of HR practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation work
• Ability to work responsibly and maintain confidentiality
