📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and communicate with clients in a polite and professional manner.
• Provide counseling and necessary information to candidates.
• Understand candidates’ requirements and guide them accordingly.
• Explain available job opportunities, procedures, and requirements.
• Handle phone calls, inquiries, and client communication.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of candidates.
• Follow up with candidates regarding applications and related processes.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth recruitment operations.
• Build positive relationships with candidates and clients.
• Assist with day-to-day office and counseling activities.

✅ Requirements:

• Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Freshers can apply – prior experience is not mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and presentable personality.
• Polite, friendly, and positive attitude.
• Good convincing and client-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Nepali and English.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the manpower/recruitment field.
• Must be punctual, responsible, hardworking, and disciplined.
