📝 Key Responsibilities

• Counsel and assist clients regarding available employment opportunities.
• Understand clients’ requirements and provide appropriate information.
• Communicate clearly with candidates and explain job-related procedures.
• Handle inquiries through phone calls, messages, and face-to-face interactions.
• Maintain proper records of candidates and client information.
• Follow up with candidates regarding applications and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal staff regarding recruitment and candidate processing.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates.
• Assist candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide accurate information regarding company services and job opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and documents.
• Perform other counseling and administrative duties assigned by management.
