Salary: NPR 23,000 – 26,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Handle L2-level technical and operational issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve problems within the required timeframe.

Monitor and manage assigned enterprise-level tasks.

Coordinate with relevant teams for issue resolution.

Maintain proper records and documentation.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team.

Requirements
