Waiters/Waitres Full Time

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses.

1. Salary: Negotiable
2. Time: 10 hours per day
3. Location: Pepsicola
4. Qualification: +2 running or completed

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any issues or concerns.
• Clear tables and clean dining areas after guests have finished their meals.
• Process payments and provide accurate change or receipts.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
