Position: Site Supervisor – Building Construction

Salary: NPR 23,000 per month
Working Hours: Flexible
Qualification: SLC or above
Requirement: Two-wheeler with a valid driving license
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for responsible and hardworking Site Supervisors to oversee and coordinate day-to-day activities at building construction sites. The selected candidates will be responsible for monitoring construction work, coordinating workers, and ensuring that assigned work is completed properly and on schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise daily construction activities at the site.
• Coordinate and monitor workers and contractors.
• Check the quality and progress of construction work.
• Ensure work is carried out according to the required standards and instructions.
• Report daily site progress and any issues to the concerned management.
• Monitor construction materials and equipment at the site.
• Coordinate with workers, suppliers, and other site personnel.
• Maintain proper discipline and safety at the construction site.
• Handle other site-related responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
• SLC or above qualification.
• Previous experience in construction site supervision will be an advantage.
• Must have a two-wheeler.
• Must have a valid driving license.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
• Able to work at construction sites and manage workers effectively.
• Willingness to work according to site requirements and flexible working hours.
