Job Profile :

• Researching and brainstorming each stage of the project and market analysis.
• Collaborating and  working closely with sales, marketing, internal teams, clients and director for marketing strategy.
• Conducting marketing campaign , presentations, Indoor/ outdoor training programs and market research.
• Actively organize the event ,exhibitions , Training programs, and other meets.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Researching and developing sales opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
• Maintaining relationships with clients by making regular follow up, understanding their needs, and anticipating new projects and business opportunities.
• Supervise Marketing assistant in back office task such as preparing quotations, Specifications, and other required documentation.
• Process, Negotiate and closing the deal or projects.
• Working on Under designed Project List and make a needful follow up and updates the report of each stages.
• Drive the revenue objectives by developing PR in the market and Achieving the sales target.
• Experience of driving own marketing team in terms of planning execution and tracking reports.
• Traveling outside valley shall be comfortable for project and client meetings.
• Who have a  good experience to communicate  and familiar with  Architects and Engineers.

Other Specifications :

• Good understanding of market research techniques
• Proficient in MS Office package , CRM Software
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• Bachelor degree or relevant training
• 3 years and more experience in relevant field
• Two wheeler compulsory
