🛡️ SECURITY GUARD RESPONSIBILITIES:

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and disciplined environment within the school premises.

Main duties include:

✅ Monitoring the school premises and surrounding areas.

✅ Ensuring the safety and security of students, teachers, staff, and school property.

✅ Controlling entry and exit of visitors, parents, students, and other individuals when required.

✅ Maintaining proper records of visitors when instructed by school management.

✅ Monitoring the main gate and ensuring unauthorized individuals do not enter the school premises.

✅ Keeping the school premises secure before, during, and after school hours.

✅ Remaining alert and attentive throughout duty hours.

✅ Reporting any suspicious activity, security concern, or unusual incident to the school administration immediately.

✅ Ensuring school gates, doors, and other designated areas are properly secured.

✅ Assisting with maintaining discipline around the school entrance and parking area.

✅ Helping students and visitors when necessary in a polite and respectful manner.

✅ Following all safety and security instructions provided by the school management.

🚗 DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES:

The selected candidate will also perform driving duties as assigned by the school management.

Driving duties may include:

✅ Driving the school vehicle safely and responsibly.

✅ Transporting school staff or authorized personnel when required.

✅ Picking up or dropping off authorized persons as instructed by management.

✅ Following all traffic rules and road safety regulations.

✅ Driving carefully and maintaining passenger safety at all times.

✅ Keeping the school vehicle clean and properly maintained.

✅ Checking the general condition of the vehicle regularly.

✅ Informing management about vehicle maintenance or repair requirements.

✅ Ensuring the vehicle is parked safely within the designated area.

✅ Maintaining proper care and responsibility for the school vehicle.

👤 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

✔️ Candidate should be honest, responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.

✔️ Should be physically fit and active.

✔️ Must have a valid driving license.

✔️ Should have good driving skills and knowledge of Kathmandu roads.

✔️ Previous experience as a school security guard, driver, security + driver, or similar position will be an advantage.

✔️ Should be alert and attentive while performing security duties.

✔️ Should have a polite and respectful behavior when dealing with students, parents, teachers, and visitors.

✔️ Should be punctual and disciplined.

✔️ Should be able to follow school rules and management instructions.
