Basic Job Information:

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Greet customers as they arrive at the showroom, listen to their needs and preferences, and guide them through the car-buying process. Provide personalized assistance and recommendations to help customers find the perfect vehicle that meets their requirements.
2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our inventory of vehicles, including features, specifications, pricing, and available options. Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, technologies, and industry developments to effectively communicate product benefits and advantages to customers.
3. Sales Consultation: Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultations with customers to determine their budget, lifestyle, preferences, and priorities. Present suitable vehicle options, explain financing and leasing options, and address any questions or concerns to facilitate informed decision-making.
4. Test Drives: Arrange and accompany customers on test drives to showcase vehicle performance, handling, and features. Provide demonstrations and explanations of vehicle capabilities and functions to enhance the customer experience and build confidence in the product.
5. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and pricing with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements and finalize sales transactions. Handle objections, overcome obstacles, and address customer concerns professionally and persuasively to close deals effectively.
6. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and encourage referrals and positive reviews.
7. Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork, documentation, and administrative tasks related to sales transactions, including vehicle contracts, financing applications, and customer information forms. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in a dealership or showroom environment.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and communicate persuasively.
• Deep knowledge of automotive products, features, specifications, and pricing, with a passion for cars and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales revenue.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt to changing customer needs and market dynamics.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales, marketing, or automotive technology is a plus.
