Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, helpful attitude
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, including the latest trends in fashion and footwear
• Provide product suggestions tailored to customers’ preferences and needs
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Organize, stock, and maintain merchandise displays
• Maintain the store’s appearance to ensure a welcoming and premium shopping environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales (preferably in clothing or footwear)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passionate about fashion and current trends
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system knowledge
