About the Role

We are looking for a highly responsible, organized, and results-driven Sales & Operations Manager to oversee our daily sales activities, improve operational efficiency, and ensure smooth coordination across different departments. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales and operations teams.
• Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Track leads, conversions, follow-ups, and overall team performance.
• Improve sales processes and customer onboarding systems.
• Coordinate with dietitians, customer support, marketing, delivery, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure customers receive timely, professional, and high-quality service.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of team members.
• Work closely with management to develop and improve operational systems and business processes.
• Maintain strong communication between departments to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in sales, operations, or team management is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze sales performance and operational data.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Positive attitude with a strong focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
