• Fluency in English and Nepali (spoken and written).
• Must have experiences in hotel Sector.

Job Description

Sales Strategy & Business Development:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to Nepal’s unique market dynamics.
• Establish the resort’s presence in the local and regional hospitality market, focusing on both leisure and corporate segments.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners, to secure business partnerships.

Market Positioning:

• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within Nepal’s hospitality sector, particularly in wellness, destination weddings, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events).
• Partner with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions targeted at Nepalese and international audiences.

Revenue Management:

• Work closely with the Revenue Manager to implement competitive pricing strategies for rooms, events, F&B, and wellness packages.
• Drive room bookings, banquet sales, and wellness services to maximize overall revenue.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Build and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with the resort’s vision and goals.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and departmental heads to deliver exceptional guest experiences that reflect the sales promises.

Relationship Management:

• Leverage your network in Nepal to build long-term partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
• Represent the resort at local trade fairs, tourism boards, and community events.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Provide regular sales performance updates, including revenue projections, pipeline progress, and market insights.
• Use data-driven analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
