We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Officer to join our home appliance company. The role involves driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer relationships across Kathmandu.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell home appliances to retailers, dealers, and customers
• Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
• Organize promotional campaigns and product demonstrations
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates

📌 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1–2 years experience in sales/marketing (home appliance preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of Kathmandu market
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
