📋 Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable stationery products.
• Handle sales and support customers during their purchase.
• Arrange and display stationery products properly.
• Check product availability and maintain organized shelves.
• Assist with stock checking and basic inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales area.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding products and prices.
• Support the team in day-to-day shop operations.
• Maintain good communication and customer service at all times.

✅ Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polite, hardworking, honest, and responsible.
• Customer-focused and positive attitude.
• Able to work efficiently in a busy retail environment.
• Previous sales or stationery-shop experience will be an advantage.
• Freshers can also apply if they are motivated and willing to learn.
• Candidates should be punctual and committed to their work.
