• Previous experience in recovery, collection, customer service, or a similar position will be an advantage.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding pending payments and recovery matters.
• Follow up with customers professionally and regularly.
• Maintain basic records and update recovery information using a computer.
• Coordinate with the showroom/team regarding payment collection.
• Maintain proper communication and customer relationships.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the company.
