Location: Ratopool, Kathmandu
Employment Type: Full Time
Working Time: 9:30am – 5:30 pm
Salary: 17300/-
Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and provide administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with a welcoming attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
