A reputed Sports Club is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Receptionists to join our team.

Position: Receptionist

Vacancies: 2 (Female)

Location: Bhaisepati, Lalitpur

Salary: Negotiable

Working Shifts:

• 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members and visitors in a professional manner.
• Handle front desk operations and answer phone calls.
• Manage membership registrations, renewals, and inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and maintain visitor records.
• Receive payments and issue receipts when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Coordinate with club staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum +2 completed.
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
