A reputed College located in Lagankhel, Lalitpur invites applications from qualified, competent, and motivated candidates for the following position:

Position: Receptionist

Location: Lagankhel, Lalitpur
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Salary: NPR 20,000 per month

Minimum Qualification

• Higher Secondary Education (+2) completed.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification will be considered an added advantage.

Required Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, email, and internet usage.
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.
• Punctual, responsible, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
• Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and assist students, parents, visitors, and other stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer telephone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
• Maintain visitor records and oversee daily front desk operations.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with academic and administrative departments.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence and official documents.
• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Provide administrative support and perform additional duties assigned by the management.
