Requirements:
• Minimum +2 completed
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Pleasant personality and professional attitude
• Ability to handle visitors and telephone inquiries efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist visitors professionally
• Receive and transfer phone calls appropriately
• Maintain visitor records and office correspondence
• Support administrative and clerical activities as required
• Coordinate communication between departments and clients
