7+ years of Real estate experience with a minimum masters degree in business ( with bachelor’s in engineering preferred)
Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
Profound domain knowledge in Marketing with broad understanding and experience on civil, Legal and financial department (understanding of balance sheets/ profit and loss accounts and financials- driver of business and sales)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations in Nepal.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Hold 2 wheeler license and vehicle

Proactively identify and approach potential clients through various channels, including referrals, leads, networking events, and online platforms and brief about projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
Visit and approach to financial institutions, corporate houses, NGO, INGO, Government. Offices , Hospitals, Professionals and promoting products for lead generation.
Coordinate with internal teams, legal advisors, as well as local government bodies like ward offices, Malpot, Naapi to ensure smooth and timely procedure.
Regular follow up with clients to generate sales.
Establishing, promoting and maintaining company’s brand to generate business.
Assist clients with the necessary paperwork and documentation required for closing sales deal.
Sets deadlines assigns responsibilities and monitors progress of project
Involved throughout the project cycle and managing the final execution.
Provide status report of the customer and staff on regular basis.
Provide overall strategy and technical solutions.
Mentor and motivate team throughout the project.
Other tasks as assigned by MD .
