Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Head to lead and manage our real estate development projects. The Project Head will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project development, from planning and design to construction and completion. This role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage real estate development projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee procurement of materials and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on project sites.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale real estate development projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
