Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing process of set-top boxes, home electronics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, with specific expertise in electronics manufacturing processes. This role will be responsible for ensuring efficient production operations, maintaining quality standards, optimizing processes, and leading a team of production staff/ assembling staff.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production schedules for set-top boxes and home electronics.
• Maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the production process.
• Evaluate and optimize production processes using Lean manufacturing principles.
• Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and training.
• Manage production resources efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in production management, preferably in electronics or home
appliances.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Willingness to occasionally travel for supplier visits and meetings.
