📚 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing quality education, care, guidance, and support to young children.

Main responsibilities include:

🔹 Teaching Pre-Primary level students using appropriate teaching methods
🔹 Planning and preparing daily lessons and classroom activities
🔹 Creating interesting, fun, and educational learning experiences
🔹 Teaching children basic language, numbers, colors, shapes, and other foundational skills
🔹 Conducting storytelling, drawing, singing, games, and creative activities
🔹 Helping children develop communication and social skills
🔹 Encouraging children to participate actively in classroom activities
🔹 Maintaining a positive and welcoming classroom environment
🔹 Ensuring the safety and well-being of students during school hours
🔹 Supporting children with their daily routines and learning activities
🔹 Monitoring the progress, behavior, and development of each student
🔹 Maintaining classroom discipline through positive and child-friendly methods
🔹 Preparing teaching materials, worksheets, and activity resources
🔹 Organizing educational and recreational activities
🔹 Participating in school programs, events, meetings, and activities
🔹 Coordinating with other teachers and school staff
🔹 Communicating with parents regarding students when required
🔹 Following school rules, policies, and academic guidelines
