Personal Assistant (PA) Full Time

We are dedicated to excellence and is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to Company MD.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative to address issues proactively.
• Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:
   • Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
   • Coordinate and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and other communications, responding on behalf of the executive when necessary.
   • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
2. Meeting and Event Coordination:
   • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including venue selection, catering arrangements, and logistical support.
   • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
3. Travel Arrangements:
   • Arrange domestic and international travel accommodations, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa arrangements.
   • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all travel-related documents are in order.
4. Information Management:
   • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents and records.
   • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations as requested by the executive.
5. Communication Liaison:
   • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members.
   • Facilitate communication between the executive and other team members, ensuring timely dissemination of information.
6. Confidentiality and Discretion:
   • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
   • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in all interactions and communications.
