JOB VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Position: Payroll Officer
Location: Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: NPR 30,000 – 35,000
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Completed (BBS/BBA or Equivalent)
- Minimum 1–2 Years of Experience in Payroll, Accounts, HR, or Related Field
- Strong Knowledge of Payroll Processing, Salary Calculation, and Attendance Management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Accounting Software
- Strong Analytical and Record-Keeping Skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain attendance, leave, and salary records
- Calculate overtime, deductions, and allowances
- Prepare payroll reports and maintain confidential records
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
