Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle office correspondence, documentation, and filing
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Assist in recruitment processes and client coordination
  • Maintain and update office records and databases
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration or related field)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (experience in a manpower agency is a plus)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
