Job Vacancy: Office Assistant (Travel Base Operator)

📍 Location: Sukedhara, Kathmandu
💰 Salary: NPR 17,000 – 20,000
⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
👩 Gender: Female Only
👥 Number of Positions: 1

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling travel documentation and visa application processes
  • Assisting with customer inquiries and providing necessary travel information
  • Coordinating with airlines, embassies, and other travel-related offices
  • Managing office files and maintaining records efficiently
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day office operations

Requirements:

  • Qualification: +2 (Higher Secondary) completed
  • Experience: Proven work experience in a travel agency, specifically in documentation and visa application
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
