Job Title: Montessori Teacher

Location: Machhapokhari, Kathmandu

We seek an enthusiastic and qualified Montessori Teacher to inspire and guide young learners.

Responsibilities:

• Classroom Leadership: Create a positive and engaging learning environment for children using Montessori teaching principles.
• Curriculum Implementation: Develop and implement Montessori-based lesson plans and activities tailored to the individual needs and interests of students.
• Material Preparation: Prepare and organize Montessori materials to facilitate hands-on learning experiences.
• Observation and Assessment: Regularly observe and assess students’ progress, adapting teaching methods to support individual learning styles.
• Parent Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with parents, providing updates on students’ development and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Classroom Management: Foster a sense of community and respect within the classroom, promoting positive behavior and conflict resolution.
• Professional Development: Stay informed about Montessori education best practices and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow educators and school staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching educational experience.

Requirements:

• +2/ Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related field.
• Montessori certification from a recognized training center.
• Proven experience as a Montessori Teacher is preferred.
• Passion for working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment.
• Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and teaching methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine love for teaching.
