Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Montessori principles and a nurturing approach to early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a stimulating and child-centered learning environment.
• Plan and implement Montessori-based lessons and activities.
• Observe, assess, and guide students based on their individual learning needs.
• Foster independence, creativity, and a love for learning.
• Maintain classroom organization and ensure a safe learning space.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.

Requirements

✔ Montessori Certification (AMI/AMS or equivalent)
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (preferred)
✔ Experience working with young children in a Montessori setting
✔ Patience, creativity, and strong communication skills
✔ Passion for child development and early education
