A reputed Cooperative Company located at Newroad, Kathmandu is looking for a responsible, honest, and hardworking Female Money Collection Officer to join its team.

📌 Position: Money Collection Officer

🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Collect payments from cooperative members/customers as assigned
• Visit designated clients or collection points when required
• Maintain accurate records of collected amounts
• Issue or maintain necessary collection receipts and documents
• Deposit collected money according to company procedures
• Follow up with members regarding pending payments
• Communicate politely and professionally with customers
• Maintain daily collection records and submit reports to the concerned department
• Reconcile collected amounts with records and report discrepancies immediately
• Handle cash carefully and responsibly
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information
• Coordinate with the office team regarding collection-related matters
• Perform other duties assigned by the management

✅ Female candidate required
✅ Honest, responsible, and trustworthy
✅ Good communication and customer-handling skills
✅ Basic knowledge of cash handling and record keeping
✅ Good numerical and calculation skills
✅ Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage
✅ Able to maintain accurate financial records
✅ Punctual, disciplined, and hardworking
✅ Professional and polite behavior with customers
✅ Previous experience in cooperative, finance, collection, banking, or similar work will be an advantage
