Marketing Manager Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Marketing with an MBA in Marketing, preferably with a background in the electronics industry. The ideal candidate will lead our marketing team and drive our brand’s strategic direction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to boost brand awareness and growth.
• Manage (ATL), (BTL), and (TTL) marketing strategies.
• Review and manage the marketing budget effectively.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop strategies based on market trends and consumer insights.
• Utilize SEO and analytics to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Collaborate with Product Development for aligned strategies.
• Guide the development of new products and enhancements.
• Align marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Develop campaigns to enhance customer retention and drive sales.
• Foster customer relationships and address their needs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
• Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.
• Keep the team updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing.
• Minimum 6 years of marketing experience.
• Preferably experienced in the electronics industry.
• Proven track record in successful marketing strategies.
• Expertise in digital marketing and analytics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
