About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote the hotel/resort.
• Manage online and offline marketing channels, including social media, websites, and print media.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive bookings and improve customer experience.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer trends to optimize marketing strategies.
• Build relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other industry partners.
• Plan and coordinate promotional events, partnerships, and advertising initiatives.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance, providing insights for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
