Salary: NPR 25,000 + Daily Meal Allowance (Khana Khaja)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Manager for our hardware company. The ideal candidate should have supervisory experience and in-depth knowledge of hardware products (construction materials, tools, equipment, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the hardware store
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and procurement
• Supervise and guide staff members
• Handle customer inquiries, sales, and complaints professionally
• Ensure proper pricing, billing, and record-keeping
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate pricing
• Implement sales strategies to meet business targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Supervisor/Manager in a hardware store
• Strong knowledge of hardware products (construction materials, tools, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, billing software)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work long hours (7 AM – 7 PM)
• Honest, hardworking, and reliable
