Position: Maintenance Staff
Location: Thamel, Kathmandu

Job Responsibilities
- Handle regular electrical and plumbing maintenance work
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical and plumbing problems
- Repair and maintain switches, sockets, lights, wiring, pipes, taps, fittings, and related equipment
- Carry out preventive maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment
- Respond to maintenance issues and complete repair work efficiently
- Ensure electrical and plumbing systems are functioning properly
- Perform routine inspections and report major technical issues
- Maintain tools and equipment properly
- Follow safety procedures while performing maintenance work
- Support other general maintenance tasks as required by the hotel
Requirements
- Practical knowledge of both electrical and plumbing work
- Previous experience in hotel maintenance or a similar position is preferred
- Ability to identify and solve basic technical problems
- Responsible, hardworking, and punctual
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work flexible hours when required
